Many features we have enhanced - with a new mattress that is an actual queen size. We have reinforced the storage closet floor. We added an electric jack on the front. The trailer has a new pump and was just checked over for any leaks. We have always protected the carpet under the table. There is an additional TV and DVD player in the bedroom that we added. All dishes, bedding, pillows,towels,rags, and cookware will go with it. Trailer hitch included, and all hoses. Caddy on back for generator, or bikes, or coolers goes! Kept under shed. Ready to camp!
