Selling our 2022 3740BH-R fifth wheel with 3AC units and 4 slides. We owned the unit for a year while we traveled around, but it is time to settle down. The roof is equipped with 1200W of solar panels that are routed to the basement (lithium battery and an inverter not included). Inside are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower, a spacious bunkhouse, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and washer/dryer prep in the closet.The kitchen includes a fireplace, convection microwave, residential fridge, pantry, kitchen island, and plenty of storage options.
Dinette can comfortably seat 4 adults and can convert into a bed with storage under the seats. Next to the dinette are 2 heated massage chairs.
Outside is an outdoor kitchen with a grill and a fridge for drinks. There are 2 basements in the RV.

Please note that in order to pull this RV, you will need a dually diesel truck as it is a large one. I am also looking to sell our 2018 3500 RAM truck with a hitch that we used to pull the RV with. The truck is in a fair shape and has ~130000 miles on it. Photos will come later, will be looking to get roughly $42,000 for the truck.
