Hi, we have had this popup for 6 years now. The A/C works great and the extra space created by the slide-out is definitely worth it. It shows a little wear, but we have fun camping in it and using it as a kids' playhouse. We recently upgraded to a traditional travel trailer.

We're selling it "as-is", but we replaced the following items the last few years

• Tires have less than 1,000 miles


• Resealed the roof


• Installed a bulldog hitch for better handling
