This is a singe owner RV since purchased new, stored inside and used recently for family trips throughout the region. There have never been pets or smoke. The Cummins Onan QG 5500 EVAP generator is brand new in 2021 with 30 hours of use. The engine was serviced recently and operates like new. In short, everything works!
The rear bedroom has a queen bed with storage under the frame. The hallway closet is across from the bathroom/shower and accomodates hanging garments. The unit sleeps 6, fitting two each on the fold-down couch and table booth. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, and refrigerator operating on either electric or LP. The electric slide out expands the living area, and hydraulic leveling jacks are all operational. The cab A/C was recently refreshed with freon, and there are two overhead A/C units.
The overhead TV is gone as is the TV from the bedroom shelf. The upholstery is in excellent condition throughout, however the chair across from the couch has some black marker on the seat as a "gift" from an as-of-yet-to-come-forward grandchild.
This is a great unit to take camping or for a more permanent living situation, or even a mobile hunting "shack," with a lot of life yet to offer.
