2018 travel trailer. 27ft includes tongue. Purchased new June 2018. Used yearly April through Halloween. (Always on the move, not parked) Stored inside for winter. Might need tires soon. Has queen bed, couch that folds to bed on slide and dinette that folds to bed. (See floor plan picture). 2 doors, one to kitchen and one to bedroom. Outside storage, propane hot water, propane or electric fridge, propane heater under stove top (no oven) and vented AC. Power awning with auto dump. Two 20 gallon propane tanks. 30 amp power cord. This was our starter camper and have since upgraded to a fifth wheel. GVWR 7680lb. Hitch with load leveling sway bars are included. 4 stabilizer jacks built in, will include chocks. Mini fridge under table in pictures not included. Ladder, vent covers and screen protectors added.
TV never mounted. Willing to include used 24 in tv with wall mount.
