30' travel trailer with one slide out -- in like new condition! It has only be used a few times but we are moving so it must go soon!! It is lightweight enough to be pulled by a larger SUV - the GVWR is 8000 lbs with a 754 lb tongue weight. (We pulled it with a 2012 GMC Yukon Denali). The dinette and jack-knife sofa fold down to provide more sleeping space in addition to the 3 bunk beds in the back and the queen bed in the front. Large refrigerator holds a lot of food for extended trips. The camp kitchen outside also contains a refrigerator, built in griddle with LP connector for it and an additional LP appliance such as a grill. A sink, outlets, drawers and cupboard space round out this fully functional outdoor camp kitchen. There is a lot of space for storage both inside and out. The bathroom has a shower and a small bathtub which is great for camping with littles.
Also included is an electric tongue jack, 19' motorized awning, aluminum solid steps with large handrail, back up camera, sway bar/stabilizer system and equalizer hitch.
