Trailer is in excellent condition. I am the second owner and I have been living in it for the past four and a half years parked in southern New Mexico., Non smoker, no pets. Comes with a 50" TV. I removerd the dining table and chairs to use the space for my office area. Has an outdoor kitchen area with small Refrig. and TV.
