All new dinette, all new recliners and captain chairs were re-covered in exact material, due to the new captain chairs being unavailable. New TV in enterainmant area. New windshield and New navagation/ radio system. The unit is in excellent condition. The 5500W generator has 960 hours. The tires have the same amount of miles as the unit, 16,000. There are 3 things that we disclose about this unit; there is a small leak in the gray water pipe next to the outlet. It is an easy fix but we have not taken sthe time to repair it. The blinds have lost thier elasticity. They no longer recoil into postion in the master and in the living area. The rubber mat that lays on the steps at the entry needs replaced. We have the replacement mat but again we have not taken the time to repair. The reason for selling is because all the kids are gone and it's really too big for just the two of us.
