CURRENTLY PENDIN PICK UP"We are the second owners of this pop up and have used it maybe twice a year. The air in heat work fine. The stove works fine. The refrigerator works. We've never really used the tank but have had it hooked to city water. Outdoor grill is included. The canvas has no rips and stains. There's a small coffee pot, some plates, a couple blankets and sheets that go with the camper as well as some towels. Freshwater hose included. No pets nonsmoker. It has an awning that had a broken pole that has been repaired. It's always been stored inside. And currently winterized.
