The Rekon is very easy to drive. Great on the highway or off road (11" clearance 4x4). Very nice tight turning radius. The black (5 gal. "suitcase style" cartridge with wheels and a grab bar for easy transport) and grey tanks (Two 5 gal. Gerry cans) are portable which is great because you can dump at a campground vault toilet, or any regular toilet (home, rest areas, hotel, etc.) instead of having to use a dump hose at an RV dump. Very convenient.

It has 52 cu. ft. of storage with the beds down and 124 cu. ft. with the beds up. I included pictures of the "garage" with plastic bins to show just how much this will hold (10 bins with the beds down). The L track system is perfect for quickly securing cargo with netting or tie down straps. Netting along the garage roofline and the shower room also serve as additional storage. Large and long items easily slide in and can run from the rear door to the driver's cab.

Another great design feature is the propane tank is a standard sized 20 lb. tank exchangable pretty much everywhere you go. It is well insulated so 20 lbs. goes a long way.

Lots of solar power that quickly charges the lithium batteries so it is practical to be off the grid for very long periods.

The exterior and interior were treated by the dealer with the Cal-Tex "ResistAll" protection package prior to me taking delivery (See www.ctpc.com and the attached pictures of the brochure for more details). The treatment lasts five years and the exterior NEVER requires a wax.
