We purchased this unit July 2019 as new. We are the first and only owner.

We are selling this only because we decided to rent a house for winter.

We love this RV, powerful (E-450), great storage capacity, well thought out floor plan.
Electrical outlets everywhere (110V, USB, & Cigarette lighter type in the bedroom for Cpap). There are two outlets even outside.

The fridge is not on the slide so one less thing to worry about mechanical failure.

You can walk all the way from living room to bedroom and use the unit fully even when slide is in.
If you are not confortable to put slide out on the road at rest stops, Walmart, etc, you can still comfortably & safely use this unit.


Solar panel and generator(Onan QG 4000) allow great boon docking.
The 30 foot length allows us to park in any state or federal park.

North-south bed arrangement allows you to use the bed anytime, no slide or folding bed.
You can walk around the bed and get out from both sides so that you do not have to wake your partner up in the middle of the night when you need to get up.

Spacious and high ceiling shower that my 6 foot 3 inch husband can easily take a shower.
