In new condition 2021 Forest River Flagstaff Micro Lite model 25BRDS I'm the original owner bought new last year. It's a Murphy bed or couch model with 2-48X72 double bunk beds two kids can sleep on each bunk easily. It's has one slide out with kitchen table which also is a bed. The kitchen has never been cooked in we only used the outdoor kitchen. It has a lighted 18' awning that has never been used. It has one 13,500 BTU air conditioner. My and I only used the RV 4 times since we bought it. I live in Elephant Butte NM which is 140 miles south of Albuquerque NM on I25. The RV has never had pets in it and has no odors it's in excellent condition. I have a clear NM title in hand. You won't be disappointed.
