2019 Coachman X-Lite in excellent condition. Sleeps 9-10, but comfortably will sleep 6. Modern color scheme and master bed is in a separate area from other bunks. Large tv and fireplace inside. Roomy bathroom with large shower. Main bedroom offers a complete slide out armoire. Storage on both sides of bed and under bed. Kitchen area has two cabinets to the side of the fridge, above the stove, and areas under the table. Rear bunk area has 3 large shelves for more items. Entry area has storage on both sides. Open kitchen has an extra pop-up table for more counter space. Unit has 1 air conditioner, but is prewired for second unit. 50-amp service but 30 amp will run everything. Outdoor kitchen area has sink with hot and cold water, grill, drawer for utensils, and large table top area. There is an outdoor fridge as well. The awning that is on the passenger side is very large and is great for the hot days. Steps are solid and easily adjustable. We changed the Reese fifth wheel attachment to a Reese ball hitch system. This allows you to use the ball in the bed of the truck like a gooseneck trailer rather than loosing the whole bed of the truck to a plate system. It has an airbag system in it for the ride and it turns sharp. We still have the king pin attachment if you would want to change it back. We had the dealership install the original one as to not void any warranties of the camper. This camper is already pre-wired for a generator under the front compartment. The lighting package offers several bright lights if needed or several smaller lights for night lights or relaxing. On the exterior there are outlets and lights for power needs and visibility. The awning has led lights that light up the area perfectly. Exterior storage areas all the way around, front, sides and rear compartments make it easy to store chairs, tables, sporting goods, cooking supplies, totes, etc. We added a bike rack to the rear so you can carry two bikes. This camper was serviced and winterized each year at the dealership we bought it brand new from. The tires and brakes are in very good shape. I have a tire pressure gauge system to monitor the tires while in transport. The only thing wrong that we are aware of is a small tear in the front corner of awning. This happened this past year while we went on a walk and big wind storm came in. Plenty of extras to go with. If you are an experienced or beginner camper this camper is the camper for you and your family.
