We are the second owners. Selling with all equipment recommended in the online “Fuse Files”- and then some (outdoor rug (still in the packaging), portable outdoor grill, hoses, TV cable wire). We have added the shower shelf keepers, and made the window shades (as posted in the Fuse files). The back has been lifted with air bags. The generator has been refurbished (I backed over a rock). The spare tire is rear hitch mounted. We made one internal modification to provide my co-pilot with another travel seating option. We removed the front facing dinette seat, added a recliner (that folds forward into a table) and made the right hand side of the seat into a bookcase/storage area. Awning is perfect. Front seat upholstery shows the usual Fuse wear. There is small damage on the left rear corner of the house - again, my fault. 
We would not be leaving the Fuse community if my co-pilot was able to continue this lifestyle. This is a great rig!
