Signs of use & wear: Front end has flaking paint. There is a taped up broken piece on one taillight, but still perfectly usable. There is one tiny soft spot in the dining room that was there when we purchased it, and it has not worsened any in the year we’ve had it. The worst damage is a crack/dent in the bathroom door that can sometimes make it difficult to latch, but it still closes fine and works otherwise. We just never got around to fixing it since it didn’t cause an issue for us. Other “wear and tear” include small scrapes, scratches, worn blinds, etc. All imperfections are very minor and most not even noticeable.

This RV has actually seen very few road miles, as the family before us used it as a temporary home while building a house, and then we did the same. As a result, we upgraded the outdoor kitchen to real hickory wood front panel instead of particle board. We also updgraded the sink faucet in the outdoor kitchen and the entire faucet setup in the shower. We added memory foam mattress toppers and storage shelves to all beds. We upgraded the bathroom fan and the furnace blower fan was replaced this winter. All carpets and cushions have been throughly cleaned.

This camper is in great condition, with only a few signs of normal use. I think we are only the second owner, and it has been well loved and stored under cover for much of the year we have had it. It is ready to hook up and drive away to your dream RV destination! Stabilizer hitch included.
