After 36 year of RV'ing life has taken a different turn for us, and we have decided to sell our motorhome. If you are looking for a diesel pusher, you will not be disappointed with this Allegro Bus. It is in very good condition with low miles; hardly broken in. All service is current and there is a transferable bumper to bumper warranty availble for $50 transfer fee. It has not been lived in and no pets.

This is the 40QDP floorplan with shower, separate bath with vanity and another vanity sink in the bedroom. There is a washer/dryer combo in separate bedroom closet. Tiffin uses an abundance of solid wood in their coaches and the quality shows. With the 4 slides extended and the kitchen cabinet extension extended, it likes being home. There is plenty of room for 4 - 6. There is a dishwasher in the galley, along with a two burner cook top, 4 door regrigerator freezer and microwave. The dinette table extends and 4 original dinette chairs included. The furniture in excellent condition. There are no tears, peeling or excessive wear anywhere. In fact the surfaces look new. It has central vacuum system, three (3) powered roof vents with all weather covers, remote/keyless entry and remote awnings. The front A/C was replaced about a year ago under warranty, as was the entry step motor, awnings (with remote control), electric water heater element, spotlight and electrical switchover unit. Tires are in good condition. All exposed areas are kept covered so sidewall checking is very minimal. (See picture). Generator is 7,500 watts Quiet Diesel with 650 hrs. on it. Day/nite shades have all been restrung. The 4 door refrigerator/freezer works great and was recently repaired under warranty when it stopped cooling. There is also a separate ac/dc freezer in storage bay.
Batteries (2 chassis / 4 house) are 3 years old.
Tire pressure monitoring system and RV GPS included.

Clear coat starting to peel front and rear caps (see pictures)
Paint damage driver side rear (See picture) backed into fence
