Used Zinger 205BH. Great unit for a family who wants somethign small and easy to tow. Upgraded Queen mattress in front. Two large bunks, both with a window, USB and 110v power outlets.

Large 3 way fridge that works great, gets very cold. The bathroom has a large shower and power roof vent. The unit has a centrally mounted AC unit that cools the unit quickly. The heater is also centrally located.

There is a power awning with an optional sun shade. The awning has teh Zinger blue led lights which are also over the bed and under the kitchen counter. Also a power jack. The 30A electrical cord is built in. Water and sewer hoses are included. Also included is a night stand that first by the queen bed, storage boxes that fit the shelf over the bed (see pictures) and a rolling cart.

The unit has spent the last two years on a seasonal site and was covered in the winter; the cover is included. I bought it to take over the site lease. I spent four weekends in the unit using the heater, AC, shower, oven etc and everything worked well. The upgraded mattress is very comfortable. The bunk beds don't appear to ever have been used. I found the unit very easy and stable to tow due to it's size and low profile.

This was originally purchased in December 2018 and does not appear to have seen much use. The unit has been well maintained, sealant is in good order and the roof is in good condition. There are a couple of areas of cosmetic damage on the outside and I have included pictures of that.
