We are the 2nd owner and have had the RV since 2012. We were planning on keeping this unit until an injury happened that requires a different layout. This unit has one slide out, and sleeps up to 6 . We have not towed with this RV. We have kept it inside when not in use. We performed annual oil and filter changes. The transmission fluid has been changed twice in my ownership. Newer tires and Newer 6 volt coach batteries. Newer cab battery as well. Serpentine belt idle pulley fan clutch change preventatively, Fuel pump and valve were done last year, Brakes, suspension, exhaust cooling hoses radiator all assessed and in excellent condition. We added Bilsten shocks in 2021 along with a Helwig sway bar 2000. Skylight had been replaced 5 yrs ago after storm. Max air fan with cover. Waste drain vent on roof. We updated the flooring last year with tongue and groove flooring. We upgraded the dinette cushions to new firmer foam. We had upgraded the faucets in kitchen bathroom. House blinds have been restrung. 3 way refrigerator, 3 burner stove, Microwave /convection oven. Propane generator.
