Well kept, garage-stored, very clean, no mold smell or leak history! Minor scratches on interior woodwork by door, otherwise looks like new. Every feature and amenity works. Simply de-winterize, hook it up, and go camping. Very comfortable interior, upgraded queen mattress. A/C, heat, stove, fridge, outdoor shower, awning. Awning pole missing snap lock, but is still usable. Includes small flat-screen TV, jack stands, hitch wheel, 30 to 50 amp adapter, 2 sets of keys, propane, battery, and other small accessories. All original paperwork, instructions, and manuals. Original owner had it until Feb 2022 and were meticulous in caring for it. We took it on one trip to Arkansas and have no need for it now, but loved it. Happy to show it at your convenience.
