Everything else is in very good condition and it is CLEAN on the under carriage. Tires are about 5 years old - they have been kept covered when not in use and have a lot of tread left (see photos).

Low mileage and clean - Mileage: 41,600. Yearly maintenance has always been kept up with - oil changes, generator tune up, roof seals, winterization, body wax and wash, etc. Just replaced the rear sway bar and engine battery this year.
