A great option if you're looking to do a remodel on a camper or need parts. Many of memories in this pop-up, but it's time this goes to another home willing to put in a little elbow grease.

Needs:
- Potentially a new roof. It's sagging on the outside and the inside, although DOES NOT leak, is very soft on top.
- Canvas. There are some spots where the windows are detached from the actual canvas.
- Tires

Positives:
- Cranks for pop up and leveling jacks included. Also have some levelers I can throw in.
- Flooring is in good shape.
- Beds are in good shape.
- Electrical works; not sure about the gas line. I have never tried it.
- Poles for slide outs and tent are included
- Tire chocks, plugs and extension cord included.
