SALE PENDING as of 9/5/22 - on this great light weight camper, that is compact but loaded with great features and extras. Live off-grid with the 190 Watt solar panel and battery. It has a slideout, which greatly enhances the interior space for this small camper. There's plenty of storage inside and out with storage above the bed and couch; kitchen cabinets and pull-out drawers; a wardrobe (which we turned into a space for drawers); a roomy outside, pass-through garage; a pantry next to the fridge; and even a medicine cabinet above the bathroom sink.

The heating system is a Truma Combi (ducted heat and water heater combo) that is efficient and very, very quiet (no more waking up every time the furnace goes on!!) There's also an air conditioner.

The camper includes the following - 1. a slide out with a couch (converts to a small bed) and two, removable Lagun swivel tables 2. solar panel and batteries (these have worked well for us and we've never run out of power) 3. an electric awning with wind detection (retracts on its own when there is too much wind) 4. a three burner stove with an oven. 6. microwave. 7. Large 5 cu. ft. refrigerator that can use LP gas or electricity. 8. a Jenson TV, manual antennae, CD/DVD player and radio. 9. an electric jack on the hitch. 10. a full bath with shower, sink, medicine cabinet and toilet. 11. an outside shower. 12. a full size queen bed (60" X80")which is essential if you are tall. 13. tons of lights and lighting options in the camper, from dim to bright. 14. keyed or keyless, coded entry lock.
A bike rack has been added to the back of the camper and a cabinet was made under the bed for shoes and boots.
The camper is in good shape and all appliances work. There are scratches on some of the cabinets and on the outside of some of the windows. The pull down steps are missing, so a step stool has been used instead. We are the second owners of this camper and had the camper serviced in the fall of 2021.
