This is a very elegant RV and is geared towards a retired couple. We bought it before covid hit and we were going to live in it for 2 years but circumstances didn't go our way. Be sure the vehicle you have to tow a 5th wheel fits this unit as the specs has the hitch weight at 3100 lbs and dry weight of this unit is 14100 lbs. Payload capacity is 1900 lbs and GVWR is 16000 lbs. Please look this up as a double check as I got this info online at rvusa.com/rv-guide. That site shows our unit however we do have 4 slide outs vs 3. This is not a bunkhouse unit. Has full size refrigerator, 3 ac roof units, central air, central vac, washer/dryer hookup, auto level jacks, fold up stairs, 4 slide outs, upgraded king size bed, dual bathroom sinks, built in electric fireplace, built in tv, large closet, built in dresser, 1 auto awning and basement storage that can be accessed from both sides.
