2014 Trend 23L with 38,154 miles. Ram 3500 Promaster chassis. Most desirable 23L floor plan. Class B+ RV drives and handle the road like a Van or SUV. It is very comfortable, Gas fuel, averages 13-17 mpg depending on terrain and wind conditions (incredible gas savings for its size). We are the 2nd owners and bought it in April 2021 with 22k miles. We have used it to take 3 big RV trips from MO. One to the Pacific NW, a trip to the Carolinas, and another trip to the NE. We have really loved this RV but we’ve outgrown it as our family of 5 needs more space as our kids aren’t little anymore.

Camera System - 7 inch monitor / 4 video channel display. Can view any combination of 1 to 4 cameras . 3 cameras installed 1 rear, and left / right side cameras. I usually have all 3 displayed while driving, or sometimes only side cameras which gives a great view like an electronic rear view mirror.

We drove this RV all over the US and it never broke down on us. RV maintenance has been on schedule. Coach batteries and engine batteries replaced with brand new batteries in May, 2022. Generator is great condition with only 180 hours. AC works perfectly. Propane heater and instant water heater in excellent condition. All cabinets, stove lighting in very good condition. 6 seatbelts including two 3-point seatbelts into the dinette seats, equipped with child seat tether anchors. Holding tanks: 26 gal freshwater, 40 gal gray water, 32 gallon black water, 13 gal propane -Towing Capacity: 2,000 lbs. Vehicle has never been smoked in, and never any pets. Multiple sleeping options with the studio loft bed, back bed, dinette bed.
