The good: Ready to go. Very roomy and comfortable.

The Bad: Has some de-lamination under the bedroom window. Has been sealed and used this way for years but just looks uneven. You can see it is not bad in the picture. Also the two TV's have been removed.
Everyone is afraid of a little de lamination. This has been this way for 8 years with no negative impact other than the look. It's not that bad and if you really want to it can be repaired.
