Roof and slideouts are great with no signs of leaks. All utilities, appliances are original and in excellent condition. 50 Amp service with 2 a/c's will keep you cool. Propane furnace and hot water are responsive and efficient. The electric fireplace is perfect and adds ambience. The bedroom has a BRAND NEW Sealy Norman hybrid mattress that is worth over $1200.00 and installed in June. There is a closet with washer/dryer hookup (not included);we chose to use this for storage. Lots of closets, cabinets and woodwork throughout, and there is storage under the bed. The kitchen has an LG French Door Fridge and matching microwave. The stove works well. I have easily managed to cook gourmet meals in this kitchen. The living area includes a flat screen TV, sofa bed and twin theater seating. There is a digital antenna plus cable hook up. I have never used the digital antenna. Full Disclosure: there is some wear and scratches on the theater seats, but still in good condition. There is blue lighting under the theater seats, kitchen island, above the TV and also above the king bed. Outside electric powered awning has lighting and outside speakers have blue lighting.
