This is actually a 2019 a Regency. The Dodge van is a 2018. It is very easy to drive and I have parked it easily on downtown streets. The unit came with an apartment size fridge that I replaced with a chest type so I could add more storage. I can change that back easy enough if the buyer would prefer. I also added windows in the rear doors. They are the only windows that open in the rear of the coach. I also added a full size spare in back. Also added a swing hitch for access to the rear doors for when the hitch is being used. The unit has a Girard tankless water heater, a suburban propane furnace, a 2000 watt inverter, a true induction stovetop, a highpoint microwave and a Maxx vent fan.
