Front end has flaked paint from hail storm, no dents. There is a taped up broken piece on one taillight, but still perfectly usable. One small soft spot in the dining room that was there when we purchased it, and it has not worsened any in the year we’ve had it. The worst damage is a crack/dent in the bathroom door that can make it difficult to latch, but it still works otherwise. We just never fixed it since it didn’t cause an issue for us. Other “wear and tear” include small scrapes, scratches, worn blinds, etc. All imperfections are very minor and most not even noticeable. This RV has actually seen very few road miles, as the family before us used it as a temporary home while building a house, and then we did the same. As a result, we upgraded the outdoor kitchen to real hickory wood front panel instead of particle board. We also replaced/updgraded the sink faucet in the outdoor kitchen and the entire faucet setup in the shower. We added memory foam mattress toppers and storage shelves. We upgraded the bathroom fan and the furnace blower fan was replaced this winter. All carpets and cushions have been throughly cleaned. This camper is in great condition, with only a few signs of normal use. I think we are only the second owner, and it has been well loved and stored under cover for much of the year we have had it.
