Ready for the road.The Tioga Ranger 23B is a thoughtfully laid out RV, perfect for a couple or single person.This compact RV won't make you nervous navigating tight locations. It is more like driving a car than a large truck. The Chevy Workhorse Chassis provides a smooth and comfortable ride.This Ranger comes with the optional Onan generator and a corner queen bed.There is a Dometic refrigerator/freezer with storage above and below it.The rear bath has a large shower, but there is also an outside shower if you choose. Comes with a 200 Watt Renogy solar folding suitcase with built-in charge controller. Quick connections to charge the house batteries. House batteries upgraded to 2 6v Duracell golfcart batteries. Hankook Dynapro AT-M tires were installed late 2017 and have almost full tread remaining and zero signs of weathering or cracking. New Bilstein shocks installed last summer with less than 1k miles on them. All lights inside and out were converted to led type to save energy. Fresh water tank was upgraded to 50 gal. capacity by previous owners. Coach includes a Gen Turi Generator Exhaust System and recent maintenance on generator unit. We have owned and enjoyed this coach since fall of 2017 and have made so many wonderful memories without any breakdowns or mechanical failures. There are still plenty of weekends left to thoroughly enjoy this great motorhome this summer. Coach includes additional accessories : hoses, wheel covers, adjustable water pressure regulator, lynx leveling blocks , full size new spare wheel and tire and other items available as well.
