Description
Owned since 2017. Trips to Arizona/Utah and clear up to Prince Edward Island, Canada. Also annually to our base in Florida for 4 month winter siestas. Never a maintenance issue on the road. Runs like an Alaska sled dog. Only selling due to family inheritence of a Florida house. We semi-gutted the inside when we bought it. No 2001 Dynasty looks this good. Gorgeous porcelain and inlaid glass flooring tiles, new waincotting walls and designer wallpaper, beautiful new Summit refrigerator perfectly aligned in old cabinet area, practically new high-end queen RV mattress, window shades and leather surround frames, upgraded shower fixtures and vertical wall tile to match floors, Corian countertops, solid maple cabinetry throughout, tires only 4 years old with 20k mileage, 7500 watt Oran generator that never misses a beat, sought after AquaHot heating, furnace, and water heater system that runs on the chassis diesel (works like a charm), 10 self leveling air ride pumps so you will always be level, and a retrofit 8" navigation screen unit from Pioneer. To improve highway driving we also replaced all 10 shocks for $2k. Will throw in all the water/sewer connection equipment, outside rugs and misc supplies, plenty of kitchen pots/pans, utensils, and assorted items. Will also include Ex-Cali vehicle tow bar. This RV is perfect for the couple wanting to spend several winter months in the warmer climate who have a dog and can't find any decent accommodations with reasonable rents. Trust us, that is exactly what we did. Or, for the couple building their dream house and need a year on site to oversee construction. Want to travel? This Dynasty runs like a beast on a highly sought after Roadmaster chassis. This rig will do it for you in comfort style without breaking the bank. On all our trips we averaged just under 9 mpg pulling a heavy Buick Enclave. It made it up and over 9000 ft Bryce National Park in Utah last Spring and kept on chugging. Just a great rig. Need more info or more pictures just call or email and we can provide.
