The ramp does NOT convert into a “deck” like other toyhaulers do, but could easily be converted with the right equipment. Rear screen door when the ramp is down 1 am the 2nd owner, and previous owner encountered some minor water damage as seen in pictures in the front corner where one of the closets are which is above the cargo bay. Previous owner sealed the leak (on the roof) and I have had no additional issues over the past 2 years (mostly cosmetic). Still winterized, as I have not used it yet this year, and is the reason I’m selling it. Does come with a stabilizing hitch, 2" ball. Rear queen bed in the happijac system still has original plastic on it, and has not been used except for to store some things on occasionally.
