Description
As loaded as they come! We’ve owned this RV for 3 years and stored it in an indoor temperature-controlled storage facility until they closed this past year and now we don’t have a good place to keep it. It was winterized and stored at an outdoor facility this past winter with a cover on it. Our kids are grown and we are going to downsize. We’ve flat towed a jeep behind it as well as hauled another on a trailer behind it. It was in great shape when we got it with about 30K miles on it and the previous owner put all new tires on it. I’ve been through it top to bottom and fixed all the little things. I gave the engine a tune up and it comes with a RV tuner from 5-star performance who specializes in making this chassis drive smoother and more efficient. It really helped the shift points in the 5-speed automatic transmission behave much more like a pickup than a U-Haul. It goes down the road super smooth with plenty of power. GPS navigation, cruise control, power seats, etc. All the upholstery is in great condition. The onboard generator provides plenty of juice to run the AC.The RV queen bed was replaced with a regular memory foam mattress from Nebraska Furniture Mart. The instant continuous flow hot water heater is amazing and a definite must for whatever we end up with now that we’ve experienced one. The hydraulic auto-leveling jacks do their thing in about 20 seconds. You literally pull in and shut the vehicle off, push the auto-level button, then run the slides out in 2 minutes tops. This floor plan is unique in that the entertainment center and storage above the cab has a single slide out twin bed underneath it instead of just one large queen. That is my favorite part about it. The roof AC is actually a heat pump which is really nice for heating and the gas furnace runs automatically if it gets cold enough outside. Lots of storage all the way with a large storage area under the bed that is accessible from the outside. The tanks are heated. Curt brake controller included. I fabricated a spare tire lift (just like a pickup) under the rear as most of these don’t have spares anymore which I didn’t want to be without. I bought a rim off e-bay and had a brand-new tire mounted on it. The wheels are polished alloy which are quite a step up from regular painted steel with wheel covers. There are tons of little things to list them all here. I have an online folder to share tons of detailed pics and more info. Contact me for a link.
