It came with the optional Roadtrek armoire installed, but we also have the third seat that goes in that space. Wet cell batteries were replaced with AGM Lifeline 12 V batteries, 2017; Bilstein shocks, 2018 (@ 22,500 miles). LED warm white light fixtures replacing fluorescents, 2018; Michelin Defender tires, 2019 (@ 40378 miles), new power awning, 2020; new separator, 2021. We’ve been diligent in regularly exercising the generator, and all appliances work. We are located in central Connecticut, are non smokers, and have clear title. 
We are also including a number of accessories we’ve found useful in our travels to give the new owner a jump start: leveling blocks, 7 piece Magma nesting cooking pots, Reflectix window insulation, HeatShield window covers for the cab (inside), cab windshield cover (outside), cab floor protectors, cab window mosquito netting, hitch extender (for bike rack clearance of the spare tire), shower door storage hangers, blackout curtain, outdoor rug, 12 V portable fan.
