RV and Car combination with Blue ox tow bar. The Car is a 2016 Kia Soul Base with 27k on it. Can split sale if needed. We just purchased this two months ago and realized the potty and shower is too small for a 300 pound guy so we are looking to upgrade. The left front caliper was hanging up our first trip and it has been replaced and oil change was completed at that time as well. Previous owner said the awning is one year old. The tv is upgraded to a vizio flat screen. Everything works as intended. Plumbing recently replaced by original owner. Tires are like new condition with a 2016 DOT date stamped into side wall. RV comes with two spare tires. All 8 tires are Michelin mud and snow.
