This RV was ordered from the factory by the owner and is in excellent condition. The original owner is the current owner. We are not going to use this RV any more, so it is time to sell it. The pictures and specs attached say more about it than I could.

Several people have asked me what the 2018 RV sold for. All I can say is that the dealer wanted $87,000 for it in late 2017.

One person asked what warranties were on the RV. The manufacturer warrantied: the floor decking for 25 years, the roof covering for 15 years, the axles for 5 years, and the exterior graphics for 5 years. I also bought a warranty through Good Sam that covers everything. Any Good Sam member can buy a warranty through them.

• One of the things that led us to this RV was the large one piece shower enclosure. Another thing we liked about it was that the recliners directly faced the TV.
• The Tri-Fold-Sofa shown just inside the door in the floorplan has been removed to add more open area to the RV. It slept two.
• The RV has been stored under the shed shown in the pictures since purchase
