Description
The kids have moved out, I’m newly single and looking to downsize! Rooftop solar panels, standalone solar array, composting toilet with urine diverter to graywater tanks, bedroom in rear slide-out, new inverter. This RV was so comfortable to drive, I could parallel park it in towns and drove it 1500 miles per trip several times per year. Length of 1.5 parking spaces, so it was easy to pull into and out of town parking spots. Nimble and rather fuel efficient for an RV. It spent one winter outdoors, covered, and winterized by a professional, the others were in Florida or in a heated garage. Sold as is/ where is, as it needs two new chassis batteries. I changed the main one out 4 years ago and it was pretty straightforward (I’m no professional!) Only owned by myself and the original purchaser who tricked it out with solar and composting toilet, only used by non-smokers and non-pet ownersSerial: 10542W294130Diesel, automatic, 26 gallon capacity, about 12 miles to the gallon between Maine and FloridaLength with bike rack 33’, without 26’Backup cameraCruise control~22,500 miles (22,373 at last registration and driven around town to refill propane and water tanks; batteries have discharged so can’t check absolute number)I’ve lived in comfortably for 6 months at a time, last used in 2021 for 3 months off-gridNeeds two new chassis batteriesUpgraded small restaurant refrigerator with separate freezerInsignia TV, 28” with remote13 gallon LP tankFull showerLED lightingSkylights with venting in bathroom(with fan), main room with shadeUSB chargers throughout5 Solar panels on roofStandalone solar panel arrayWiring, systems manuals availableComposting toilet with urine diverter to graywater tanks.
