This coach is in very good condition for its age. Very clean, we r the third owner, low mileage. All filters and oils have been changed, transmission, motor, generator, power steering, 100 miles ago. New microwave, new front Roku TV, new toilet, faucets in bathroom. New house water pump installed, gas furnace was checked, tires are in good shape no dry rot, plenty of thread.
