Selling a virtually brand new 2022 amazing 5 slide 5th wheel. Grand Design is known for its quality and build. This unit is nicely equipped indeed. It was purchased back in February while we were in Arizona, we bought it brand new. We came back to Minnesota in April and it sat in my shop indoors until this morning when I took it out to take pictures. The front living room floorplan is extremely roomy and spacious. The kitchen is huge with a 4 place dinette and 2 huge pantry's, lots of room in the bedroom as well, and the bathroom is huge as well with a double sink and a large walk-in shower. The exterior has more storage than you'll know what to do with. This has the updated residential size stove/oven and you can cook a monster turkey in it if you wanted to. The refrigerator will run off of propane or electric so you keep your items cold or frozen while rolling down the highway. It has the best tires money can buy with the Cooper H rated 17" upgrade. The living room television is on a televator and I forgot to extend it for the photos but it is there and yes it is a smart television, we upgraded the bedroom to a smart tv as well. Lippert auto leveling 6 point hydraulic system is easy peasy, this unitl has the MoRyde CRE3000 suspension, MoRyde hydraulic pin box eliminates any chucking or porpoising, 5 slides makes this thing easy to be in for long periods of time, has a 5,000lb factory hitch on the back., side and rear cameras, electric power cord reel, still has some factory warranty, you can run this whole camper from your smartphone. You can easily go on youtube and type in this model and watch several videos of it. This model is hard to find and is in demand, I have it priced more than fair.
