Description
SOLD 12/16/2022
One owner, non-smoking, never any pets. Very well equipped with full body paint, diesel generator, 480 watts solar, Victron electronics, and upgraded Trojan T-105 batteries. Also has hardwired surge protector by Progressive Industries, Hellwig anti-sway bar, and Borg valve stems. All maintenance done at Winnebago factory or Mercedes authorized service centers. On second set of tires that barely show any wear. Numerous small upgrades - we spared no expense. Drive-away condition with full camping and kitchen kit. Price REDUCED to $88,995 for quick sale.
More details:
* Large "U" dinette converts into a third double bed.
* Air conditioner has a heat-pump for four-season camping (in addition to the propane furnace)
* All systems are functional: A/C blows cold, water heater heats rapidly, fridge holds cold temperatures, etc.
* Has factory optional heated holding tanks.
* Solar features top-of-the-line Victron components. You can monitor energy use and solar charging via your smart phone.
* Diesel generator (A $5,100 option when new) draws from the chassis fuel tank, allowing for far more longevity as compared to the base propane generator option. Just 99 hours on the generator.
* Trik-L-Start DC-to-DC charger maintains the chassis battery from the coach solar system. No need to plug in while in storage. Starts every time!
* Additional 12V outlets added by dealer with original sale, allowing for device charging at dinette or by headboard of bed
* Corner bed is desceptively large: the width is between that of a full and a queen bed, but is much longer.
* Ridiculous amounts of storage both inside and outside the coach.
* Upgraded MaxxAir fan with power opening rain cover allows rapid ventilation even when it's raining.
* Tire pressure monitoring system added (TireMinder)
* Fits into most any parking space a full-sized pickup truck would fit. We love going to restaurants and backing into normal parking spots where we can overhang the curb.
* Fuel economy! I'll share photos of my fuel log showing speeds, fuel-efficiency, and terrain. Get up to 17 miles to gallon if you take a liesurely pace to your adventures!
We hope you love this rig as much as we do. More photos and videos available upon request. I'll show you every blemish before you make the trek to Albuquerque to ensure there are zero surprises. Thank you!
