Big price drop on this Columbia Somerset Sun Valley 2013 due to significant mice damage on canvas since photos were taken. The structure and all mechanics are good; floors, side walls and roof in excellent condition. Cushions were stored outside of the trailer, so were not affected by mice. Needs new canvas and mattresses. Unit located in Culpeper County, VA. 2 king beds. Power lift needs replacing, currently adapted to manual crank lift.
