For sale is a 40' Jayco 40 Loft. We used this while our house was built and it has been very well maintained. It was only moved to the house site and will only move again when it comes home with you! Everything works perfectly and it has an upgraded mattress that can be kept or we can send it with the mattress it came with.

Honeslty its just like new with a little wear. Shower head has been upgraded but the unit is in exceptional shape and never abused.
