I purchased this 315 RLTS new in April 2021. The options include a queen bed, theater seating, freestanding table with storage ottoman, and 2nd AC unit. It has been stored inside a warehouse or covered parking spot when not in use. The bathroom sink faucet and shower head have been upgraded. 3m Command strips used exclusively for anything mounted. I will also include the Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch. Unit just completed one year inspection where purchased in Georgia including greasing bearings and checking brakes.
