2019 Rockwood Signature 8311ws in excellent shape and title in- hand. Very few small cosmetic marks here and there, stuff one would expect from use, this travel trailer has been across the country twice. Everything works as it should and I have it inspected once a year. I have receipts to show this as well. This travel trailer has many upgraded parts to include but not limited to: 50 amp service (two AC units), heated tanks, two awnings with metal covers, slide toppers on all three slides, upgraded tires (Goodyear Endurance ST225/75R15, no China bombs), three TV's in all three rooms (master, bunkhouse, and living room/area), black flush tank, Max Air vents with fan over kitchen and bathroom, vent cover over bunkhouse. Rockwood Signature series comes with many other nice standard features, too many to list. I will link a video but there are many video reviews on YouTube highlighting this travel trailer. This trailer stays stored in a storage lot and up until March it was under a RV cover when stored. Tires are covered along with electric tongue jack while in storage.
