Very practical and open floorplan! Each end has queen bedroom with open island kitchen and living inbetween. Very nice leatherette upholstery in living area - easy to clean. All LED lighting.  50amp equipped but runs fine on 30amp. 1 AC keeps it cold in AR. Has been upgraded to have instant hot water - gas.  Would serve well for camping or full-time living.
