This teardrop is in excellent condition. Actual mileage is less than 3000. All warranty maintenance has been completed each year. When not In use, it has been stored under a carport. Wet bath has never been used. Includes AC, Alde heating system, TV, DVD, CD, and Bluetooth. Also includes 3-way Norcold refrigerator, two burner stove, propane tank and one year old battery.
