New rear tires in the last year, new steer tires in the last two years. This motorhome has taken me across the country 5 times in the last few years, so she runs well and often. I had the transmission serviced last year, and I've had the oil changed regularly at about 5000 mile intervals. The last owner had kept it in the warehouse of his business, so it's in nice shape. It's got the Cummins 5.9, and the Allison transmission, and it gets 11mpg (at 62mph), 9 towing a 4 door Hyundai. The Onan generator has only a few hundred hours on it and runs great. I changed the fuel filter, air filter, and oil filter on it a year ago. The 2 slide outs make it feel massive inside. The motorhome comes with the Blue Ox towing gear. Both air conditioners work well. I uncovered it yesterday, and it looks and runs great. I'm leaving town next Monday so will have to hand it off to a dealer. She's a great motorhome.
