This RV has had very few miles pulled, less than 250. I purchased in 2020 and parked it at my sons house. I've slept on the bed, but always had a foam cover, so never on the mattress. I showered and used the bathroom in their house, so the water and sewer and cooking appliances have never been used! I basically sat at the table and slept in the bed, occasionally, not in a full time status. It was maintained for the winter. The air conditioner was used a few times, as was the propane heater. Mostly I used electric heaters when there. So, it basically is like a new 2019 trailer. It has an awesome design! I love it, but have no use for it, obviously. LolI've never had the awning down, expect day I purchased. Lots of storage and lots of room for bodies to sleep. Kitchen is arranged for great cooking ability and refrig works great, as does freezer. Tv and radio are great! A very attractive unit!!!!Call, or come take a look!!
