Perfect for traveling family! Our family of 5 thought we were going full time but ended up stationary from October 2021-March 2022 at an RV resort in Foley, AL. Plans changed and we have moved into our new home in Mobile, Alabama, and the RV is sitting at storage in Foley, Alabama close to the resort we were at. We never pulled this RV or traveled anywhere. Roof sealed October 2021.New master toilet, new kitchen AC unit, and new outdoor kitchen piping was completed November 2021 by the dealership (under warranty.) No issues. Master Queen with plenty of storage, washer dryer hook up in the closet.Bunk room with a ton of space and the kids have their own bathroom with a shower and entrance! Dinette was renovated into an L shaped seating area, sofa bed, and more storage in the kitchen and living space. We are asking what we owe but we are willing to accepted an offer and pay towards the loan.This is perfect for a family. She’s a beast, 42 feet long, 11,249 dry weight, amazing outdoor kitchen space for entertaining, awning, spot to hang tv outside, and did I mention storage? It was the main reason we purchased her!Showings are easy as our parents live close by to where the RV is located.
