One owner, no kids, pets or smoking.  Paint is very very good. No tickets, accidents.  79,000 miles, just broke in and I'm an easy driver.   This MH is virtually problem free as apposed to your usual used MH.  Better than new, numerous initial problems have been taken care of as well as other problems along the way.  This motorhome was bought, developed, used and maintained to have long term use and longevity.

Has all of the standard features and many of the options of the AB including Powerglide chasis, Powerful 425 Cummins, non DEF.  Oven/three burner cook top.  Pullout dining table and 4 chairs and computer workstation area with space for laptop and printer, 3 TV's, one on outside (on extendable arm) and none on front.  MCD shades,  residential refrigerator, sleep number bed, Stacked Washer/Dryer, Dish dish and Dish dome, solar panel, etc.  Light bulbs replaced with Led's.  Left off the long couch on DS.  Instead have a Lazy Boy recliner and a custom built file drawer.  A number of components replaced with new or improved.  Recent replacements include: 6 new house batteries, 2 new chasis batteries, and a new kitchen faucet.

We bought this Bus new, special ordered, observed it being built for 3 days in Red Bay, have 300 digital pictures of it's innards, spent years enhancing, re-engineering, improving, adding to and accumulating appropriate supplies and equipment that adds significant comfort and value to the basic parts and components provided by Tiffin.  It has every manual that ever came with the motorhome and then some along with notes (all in alphabetical order in our custom built file cabinet).

This Bus comes with everything and I mean everything except personal items. It includes GPS, TPMS, towbar, rock guard, hoses, water softner, polishing supplies and equipment, car and other connections, supplies, perhaps 40 spare parts, etc, etc.  It dosen't include clothing, cooking and eating equipment, personal supplies and tools. There is probably at least $2000 of supplies and spare parts included.  It also comes with 2 six inch high wood ramps to level the front on a sloping driveway.  Note: this is not your usual stripped down MH.

This would be an ideal machine for someone who wants a Quality machine (in probably one of the most quality condition of any its age) and since it comes with everything except personal items, it is probably the most "ready to go" motorhome on the market.  It is also a very comfortable and natural way of avoiding the Covid virus in your travels.
