2017 Premier Ultra lite bullet. Model 22RPBR. I have owned this camper since 2018 and bought it brand new in the winter of 2018 and absolutley love it. I am selling only for an upgrade! I have kept the camper seasonally in Maine with one exception when traveling to california. This 22 ft camper with dining area slide out is perfect for a single person or couple. It sleeps four but the dining table full size bed is a bit cramped for two adults but is comfy for children. The queen size bed is located in the very front area of camper and has underbed storage and two wardrobes on each side, shelved cabinets across top and shelved area on back of entertainment area for bedroom TV.
The bathroom is roomy with stand up glassed in shower with skylight, sink with cupboard and large extra storage area above the toilet. I keep linens, extra towels, extra clothing for colder weather etc,. just to let you know how large it is!
The indoor kitchen is a three burner stove and oven. I have used the oven maybe 10 times but it always works great. The kitchen sink has two sinks making clean up easy after meal prep etc. There is plenty of storage in cabinets in kitchen, in entertainment center and under the dinette benches.
The color scheme is brown and beige in the interior with contrasting bench seats and pads in dinette. The storage area under the queen bed is accessible on left and right side of front of camper. This space is large enough for power tools, hitch equipment, spare tire if you rather have the space in back for other things.
Extras: Outdoor kitchen with 2 burner, attachable grill,sink, cupboard and room for mini fridge with electric outlets and gas quick connects in convenient locations. Outside and Indoor Speakers, bluetooth ready, stereo with antenna, cable hookups conventiently placed for TV in entertainment area or in bedroom. Solar ready.
All windows open and have screens. Electric awning retracter.
Gas and electric water heater. Refrigerator with optional gas or electric with automatic switch during power failure.
Large Queen mattress sleeps two with under bed storage, and two wardrobes on each side with hamper opening into storage area, and fold out dining sleeps two.
LED panel for levels of Black/Grey water.
Outdoor LED lighting in front and door side of camper.
Just like NEW, very well maintained by lifetime camper.
Will consider all offers, will add camp gear such as hose and valves for sewer, camp water hoses, outdoor attachable grill.
